RECRUITING: Iowa State earns late 2025 commitment from OT Kuol Kuol

Iowa State football earned the 18th commitment to its 2025 recruiting class on Thanksgiving, just six days prior to the group’s early signing day set for Wednesday, December 4.

Kuol Kuol, a 6-foot-6, 260-pound offensive tackle that was originally committed to Purdue announced his decision to divert to Ames over his social media accounts.

Kuol is rated as the No. 79 offensive tackle in his class by 247 Sports.

He chose the Cyclones over Purdue, Vanderbilt, Michigan State, Boston College, Coastal Carolina, Marshall, Army, UMass, Akron, Ball State, Eastern Michigan, Central Michigan, Western Michigan, Kent State, Miami (Ohio) and Western Kentucky.

Below are some highlights and an interview Kuol did while he was still committed to Purdue.

The Centerville High School prospect out of Dayton brings the Cyclones’ class to 18, each of which are expected to sign their national letters of intent Wednesday.
