Iowa State men’s basketball has earned an early commitment from in-state shooting guard Josiah Harrington.
The 6-foot-5 prospect in the 2027 class chose the Cyclones over offers from Illinois, Iowa, Oklahoma and Northern Illinois.
Harrington is the first commitment for Iowa State in both the 2027 and 2026 recruiting classes – he doesn’t yet have a rating on 247 Sports.
On3 Sports tabs Harrington, a North Scott High School product, as the No. 40 player in the 2027 class.
The Cyclones first offered Harrington early this month and he announced his commitment on Thursday.
