Iowa State moved up to No. 18 in the latest Associated Press poll release, following its 52-7 win over Arkansas State Saturday at Jack Trice Stadium.
The Cyclones are one of seven Big 12 programs that are either ranked or receiving votes in this week’s poll, and are the second highest ranked team from the league.
Utah came in at No. 10, Oklahoma State was at No. 20, and BYU jumped to No. 22 after beating the now-ranked No. 23 Kansas State Wildcats on Saturday. UCF received three votes and Arizona received two.
