Former Cyclone Enyi Uwazurike has officially been reinstated to the NFL, the Denver Broncos announced Monday.

Uwazurike was suspended by the league for violating its gambling policy, which came out during the Iowa DCI’s investigation into collegiate athletes in the state a year ago.

The defensive lineman played in eight games for the Broncos after being selected in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft.

The 26-year old lost his entire 2023 season due to the suspension, but is now again eligible to play for the team.

Denver opens its preseason schedule against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday (August 11) at 12:00 p.m. on NFL Network.
