Rocco Becht to host free football camp in July at Perry High School

Iowa State quarterback Rocco Becht, under the We Will Collective banner, is hosting and fully funding his own football camp in July in Perry, Iowa.

The camp, which will be of no cost to those participating, will be open to grades 5-8 and will be held at Perry High School on Saturday, July 13th.

“Perry has gone through so much in the past year and this was a small way to show support and provide a fun day for the kids in Perry,” Becht said in the press release.

Perry was hit by a tornado earlier this summer, and Becht is using his NIL funds to make the camp available to students in Perry.

The Cyclones’ quarterback is covering the costs of the camp, which includes a lunch, and is also making a personal donation to Perry Community Schools along with it.

We Will Collective Director Brent Blum says in a press release, “This was entirely Rocco’s idea and we are honored to be able to help him make this a reality,” We Will Collective Director Brent Blum said in a release.

Sign-ups for the camp are being directed to email [email protected].
