Iowa State found itself another in-state prospect for its 2023 recruiting class Wednesday.
Urbandale wide receiver Kai Black announced over social media that he would be committing to play football in Ames for his collegiate career.
Black, a 6-foot-4 prospect, picked the Cyclones over Iowa, Oklahoma State, Wisconsin, Vanderbilt, Kansas, Minnesota, and Miami (OH).
As a three-star prospect, 247Sports rates Black as the No. 6 prospect in the state and becomes the program’s third in-state commitment for the 2023 class.
