RECRUITING: Foster cuts list to Iowa State & Iowa

The top in-state prospect in the class of 2020 has narrowed his college options.

Oskaloosa 7-footer Xavier Foster will make his college decision between Iowa State and Iowa on Nov. 11, according to a report by the Des Moines Register‘s Matthew Bain.

Foster, who has long been one of the top players on Iowa State’s 2020 recruiting board, is considered the No. 59 player in the country and No. 10 center along with being the best player in the state of Iowa, according to 247Composite. He has visited Iowa State nearly 10 times since receiving an offer from the Cyclones in Oct. 2016.

He is expected to sign with whichever school he chooses when the early signing period opens on Nov. 13.
