Three-star 2018 forward Talen Horton-Tucker will take an unofficial visit to Iowa State on Tuesday, according to a report by the Ames Tribune‘s Travis Hines, which was confirmed by Cyclone Fanatic‘s Chris Williams.
The 6-foot-5, 210-pound prospect, who attends Simeon in Chicago, is rated as the No. 253 player in the 2018 class by 247Composite. He’s the No. 59 small forward in the country and No. 5 player in the state of Illinois. He’s the No. 212 player in the country and is rated as an 87 by 247.
Horton’s other offers include Purdue, Northwestern, DePaul, Missouri and a handful of other schools. He’s reportedly received interest from Illinois and Michigan State.
Iowa State currently has five scholarships open for the 2018 class.
