Iowa State’s trip to Austin to face Texas set for 6 p.m. kickoff

Iowa State’s trip to Austin, Texas on Oct. 15 to take on the Texas Longhorns will be played under the lights. Texas announced on Monday that the game will be a 6 p.m. kick on the Longhorn Network.

Iowa State will also broadcast the game on Cyclones.tv.

Iowa State shutout Texas 24-0 last season in Ames in the last win of the Paul Rhoads era. The Longhorns enter this weekend’s Red River Shootout against Oklahoma with a 2-2 record.

Iowa State will take on Oklahoma State at 2:30 p.m. this Saturday in Stillwater.
