The Cy-Hawk basketball game at Carver-Hawkeye Arena will officially be national television. Iowa announced Thursday the game will tip off at 7 p.m. on Dec. 8 and will be televised nationally on ESPN2.
Iowa leads the all-time series between the in-state rivals 43-26, but Iowa State leads 10-7 since 2000. The Cyclones have won six of the last seven.
