Bill Fennelly’s Iowa State women’s basketball program snagged the top-ranked prep out of Minnesota on Wednesday.
TT Starks, a 5-foot-10 guard out of Hopkins High School in Minnetonka, is the 28th ranked prospect in the country according to Prospects Nation. All Star Girls Report ranks Starks 36th in the country.
Starks chose Iowa State over Minnesota and Iowa, although other schools were reportedly showing heavy interest as of late.
