Iowa State stays put in AP poll; drops in coaches

Iowa State stayed put in one poll and dropped a spot in another after Saturday’s 81-75 victory over Kansas State. 

The Cyclones stayed put at No. 16 in the latest AP Top 25. Meanwhile, Iowa State dropped to No. 18 in the USA TODAY Coaches Poll. 

Meanwhile, the Cyclones currently sit at 11th in the latest RPI ratings on ESPN.com. 

Iowa State (15-3, 3-3) will travel to Kansas on Wednesday for an 8 p.m. tip on ESPNU. The Jayhawks are ranked sixth and seventh this week in the two polls. Iowa State will host Oklahoma (No. 23 & No. 25) on Saturday.
