Cyclones slide in the polls; Big 12 ties record

As expected, after losing three games in a row, the Iowa State men’s basketball program dropped in both major polls on Monday.

Iowa State dropped eight spots in the AP Top 25, from eighth to 16th. The Cyclones slid from 10th to 17th in the USA TODAY Coaches Poll.

NOTE from the Big 12’s Twitter account @Big12Conference: The latest @AP_Top25 is out and SIX #Big12MBB teams are in the poll, tying for most in league history.
