CFTV: Rhoads critical of new targeting policy

DALLAS — College football’s new targeting rule has been a major topic at the Big 12’s annual media day event over the last two days. During the 2013 season, players can be ejected from a game if called for targeting. 

What does Paul Rhoads think about this new rule? He isn’t crazy about it.
