One of the best shooters in Iowa State basketball history will participating in the 2013 State Farm College 3-point Championship.
Tyrus McGee, who is currently leading the country in 3-point percentage (46.4), will represent Iowa State in this year’s event at teh McCamish Pavillion on the campus of Georgia Tech on Thursday, April 4.
Iowa State sent out a press release regarding this topic on Friday afternoon.
Mcgee was the Big 12’s Sixth Man of the Year in 2013. He was also an All-Big 12 Honorable Mention selection, knocking down 96 3-pointers, the third most in Iowa State history.
