Smallest was 0% (was the year after I was let go from previous job due to recession). So when boss said he decided to not give bonuses rather than cut people, I didn't argue.

Highest was probably 3-4%. It did come with a 10% bonus though.

Lowest was a 1% raise. Highest came from a department wide re-evaluation of roles that resulted in a title change/promotion and 37% increase and a 10% yearly bonus.
