...our record had we played with the intensity that we showed against OU today? I'd bet that we would have a winning record ffor sure.

Maybe 3-5 or 4-4? I don't know, offense still looks really suspect. We've been singing "missed opportunity" by Hall & Oates all season.

At least we were "in" every game except for Texas.

Doesn't matter what might have been. What matters is if we can finish the season playing with the same intensity that we did today against Oklahoma.

And Texas Tech. Sorry, but it wasn't nearly as close as the final score indicated. 14 of those 17 points were in the fourth quarter, when we were already down 28-3. That doesn't qualify as being "in" a game.

Today was a perfect example of what happens when a QB is hot or not. Last week the TX QB looked like he could complete passes behind his back with a blindfold on. This week the OU qb missed 3 td passes and threw several bad passes. I thought the defensive effort was much better today, but they had some help and something to play for.

The offense was not very good at all. There were at least 4 times today when it looked like the Clones were setting up the screen perfectly. Unfortunately, they were just getting beat that badly up front.

And if our offense could score touchdowns we'd have a better record too. They had plenty of opportunities today and only 1 TD to show for it. It's been that way all year. Intensity certainly helps, but, if you don't score you aren't going to win. That has been our major problem all year.

Like otheres have said, out offense is very suspect. Being fair in assuming had we scored on realistic opportunities today, it shouldve been a 17 to 17 game before that end zone pick. But no use pondering an alternate version of this season.

Our offense has been arrested, tried, and convicted.

Very similar to 75% of the Squawkeyes...

Sam Bradford looked inept today, no Colt McCoy, more like Jake Christenson
