...hope this doesn't haunt us.
OK, I'm scared. I wish I knew why.
You mean getting to 6-1 and bowl eligibility? Because I don't see how beating them like we did is going to haunt us considering how they are playing.
I hope they go 12-1 on the year.
I believe there was some missed sarcasm at the beginning of this thread...
You know we beat them, right?
Or are you saying the fact that we don't play in Conference USA is going to haunt us? What are you going for here?
Not sure WTF this guy is talking about but the Tulsa win looks better and better every week. I don't know if I'm alone but I think I underestimated how good of a quality win that was.
They've played nobody. They suck.
I think someone started tailgating early.
Did everybody know that Tulsa spelled backwards is Aslut?
Anyways... carry on.
Yeah, a team we beat is bowl-eligible! This negatively affects us in some way! Rabble, rabble, rabble!
They are a great example of why bowl eligibility should not just be based on pure w-l but on some sort of SOS factored formula. A team we beat soundly can rack up a bunch of wins with an easy schedule, while we have to be a top 25 program just to get to 6-7 wins.
Congratulations to Tulsa...I'm glad the Cyclones gave them their only loss so far
I'm not sure why, but I'm afraid. I think it's their winning connection to storms that has me on edge, but I really can't think straight. So afraid.
This man is correct. His math checks out.
Was born in Tulsa...the backwards spelling fits better.
