Seemed like there was a longer stretch there where Misery made us hurt. Although I guess they didn't really score during that time either, they just kept getting turnovers.

No offense, but I don't really see how this is interesting. The winning team is always gonna win more minutes, no?

While it is highly unlikely, it would be possible that they only win 1 minute

Yeah, I guess if you build a huge lead and lose it quick.

Still not sure how this stat is really that useful.

    I love the Nard-Dog though:smile:

I bet if Nard Man went back and did the @KU game, we may have won more minutes.

Once you go back & do the whole season (hint, hint, hint), it's going to be interesting to see if our "peaks & valleys" occur in the same parts of each game. Or if it's totally dependent on the opposing coach's abilities (ie: the first few minutes of the second half at KSU looked different than the first few minutes of the Iowa game's second half. Mainly because Frank Martin is a better coach than Mad Fran.......and Frank strangled two cheerleaders & a mascot at the beginning of halftime to "get his team's attention").

...but that won't tell us what we need to hear, so you'll have to run the Nard Effect on all our opponents' schedules to see if ISU knocked them out of their comfort zone. And then you'll have to run the NardEff on THEIR opponents' schedules to see if our opponents took their opponents out of their game plan, and then you can do a full statistical analysis of whether or not our responses to opponents is acceptable or substandard.

Now that I read all that back, I think you're going to need at least 3 grad students and a grant. Can you buy computers and office furniture with CF coupons & credits?

Totally different scenarios and the game was out of hand already - but you do realize the start of the 2nd half against Iowa was the time that Iowa actually made a decent run? So your point about coaches kind of backfires there...
