It was actually per Chad Ford, not twitter.
DEAR GOD I AM HOPING ITS CLEVELAND!
So maybe a reasonably high pick if he isn't going to any more workouts. Who has he worked out for?
Minnesota perhaps? I know they pick 18th and he could have possibly gone higher, but it's been made obvious that's the team he wants to play for
It's all good. Sorry, just a pet peeve of mine.
There you go again. Don't take those risks of getting too excited. We don't want any accidents!
Worked out with Atlanta today. I hope he's getting good advice. Promises don't mean a thing until his name is announced.
Lol this is a pet peeve of mine.
Chad Ford now saying promise is most likely from Boston.
How does that work? Wouldn't it be good to finish out the workouts in case someone higher wants him?
Awesome news, hoping for the best for Royce!
Still a good effort.
It'll be fun to watch this story develop.
Wasn't Craig drafted 21st as well?
this is what I'm thinking as well..not a good idea as something strange could happen in the draft and Boston picks a guy they liked more then Royce as the other guy slips more then they thought...I would do all the workouts as if you impress another team they might trade up to get you which would mean more pay.
I can be a Celtics fan!
What were the 4 teams he was going to work out for? Have to think the team promising would be higher than them or he would probably keep working out.
Then again they could say we will take you only if you stop working out with other teams.
