Ray Lewis knows. He knows first hand that when he has an off week, people may get stabbed to death.

Maybe if we change it from a lock out to a lock up, we can keep america safe from the wayward NFLers with too much time on thier hands!

I think it's a shame that guys like Ray Lewis and Rashard Mendenhall waste their lives away playing a silly game like football. We really need to get these to guys to form some sort of think tank, we need to harness all that brain power they posses.

He could surely join. His post wasn't comprehensive, just getting the ball rolling.

There are so many options in the league. Maybe the Lewis-Mendenhall Center for Societal Genius could have 2-3 rotating fellowships. That would keep a focus on the two main thinkers while still providing society with valuable insights from a range of thinkers.

It's easy to make fun of the guy, but to be honest with you I wouldn't be surprised if it was slightly true.

Watched the interview. There will be crime because there's nothing else to do?

Maybe that low opinion of life in the city keeps this problem going. It's not hard to have something else to do than commit crimes.
