I'll say 73-68 good guys and a coming out party of sorts for Young.

This is one of many shouldn't win, but could win games. Needless to say, Burton and Naz being on would be big.

I don't know who's going to win tonight, but I hope Naz has the ball in his hands with the game on the lie.

I'm further betting that Underwood will do everything he can to keep THAT from happening.

Oklahoma St 78-75 in OT. They are much improved with Forte and Evans, I just don't see us continuing our streak down there.

ISU 63-62 based on great defense and just enough shots dropping.

I got ISU 78 OSU 75. Should be a highly entertaining and uptempo game.

Evans is going to get his. If we can keep Forte in check we win by 7. If Forte gets loose and starts going off, it'll be decided on the last possession. I'll guess somewhere in between: ISU 68 - OSU 64

Very tough game to call. Vegas calling it close to a pk says they think Iowa St is the slightly better team on a neutral floor. I'm encouraged by how well Iowa St played at Baylor, but okie st played well there too.
One difference with Iowa St this season, at least at times, their defense will keep them in games on the road. The match-ups in this one are very intriguing. Unlike the Baylor game, where they had a decided advantage in the front court, and Iowa St just had to try their best to slow them down. Against Ok St, it's their guards that present a problem.

Evans- very good dribble drive, makes many shots at the rim. Without a rim protector, Iowa St will have to work hard to keep him out of the lane. Morris has shown he can play very good defense, but not consistently. Anxious to see Jackson against Evans as well.

Forte- obviously very good shooter, and has become very good at moving without the ball, coming off many screens, to get an open look. Naz will probably be the one chasing him around, although I could see Thomas, Babb, or Jackson on him in a crucial situation.

Jeff Carol- big guard that is playing very well as a junior, averaging 16 per game. Higher 3% than Forte this season, and leads the team with 7 boards per game. Combination of Thomas, Burton, Babb depending on each team's lineup.

Hammonds- athletic front court player 6-7, second leading rebounder @ 5.5, also 4th leading scorer @ 8 per

Solomon- 7 foot center, limited offense, avg defense

    McCriff- 6-7 freshmen role player

Also, they'll start Lucas N'Guessan, a 7 foot freshmen, but he plays limited minutes, especially against a small lineup like Iowa St.

I predict I will be elated to get this road win. Not so much if we don't. The end.

OSU 71, ISU 68. Mainly picking this because I don't want to jinx them getting a win.

I agree OSU presents a serious guard challenge, however, Naz, Monte, and Matt have a long storied history of successfully tangling with the Buddy Heilds of the world.

Clones get Forte'd. Hate to say it, but I think ISU plays good defense, but late shots from the perimeter -by Forte- is the difference. That guy is a clone killer.

77-75 ISU, ISU misses a FT and OSU misses a prayer at the end.
