We played with heart. No question that Hoiberg can motivate these guys. If only we could take down a "W" to go along with that heart and motivation.

Last two games have been encouraging. After the KU game it looked like things might be going down the tubes fast. At least they've come back and been competitive against two good teams this week.

Really excited about Ejim and Godfrey in the future. Those guys get better and better.

I'm getting sick of losing to these crappy teams. We better step on every throat next year. Pull a Kansas and keep our starters in even if we're up 20 with 2 minutes left.

    Can't complain about the effort.

Wish they could snag a win as they deserve one.

Hope I don't get killed for saying this, but I like how this team plays more without JVB

Yea, and apparently we're supposed to be disappointed that our rag-tag group of transfers, Gmac leftovers and new guys aren't routinely knocking off these bums.

Depends on the game. Sometimes he is an asset and sometimes he is not.

I wish I could say that but I can't. Our post players are actually getting rebounds and being tough on defense. And we are actually getting points in the paint.

Yes I know that's not his game, but then again I never liked 6'11"stand outside and can't play defense types.

I would prefer to be traditional with our bigs as well, but in some games it is a difference maker to have a big that can make the shots JVB can.

That said, I don't think I'll miss him when he is gone.
