INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Six Iowa State wrestlers are seeded among the
top-eight competitors in their respective weight classes for the NCAA
Wrestling Championship, March 18-20 in Omaha, Neb. Two Cyclones, Jake
Varner and David Zabriskie are the top seeds at 197 pounds and
    heavyweight, respectively.

The NCAA released the brackets Wednesday. Iowa State will bring its
full lineup to the event for the fourth-straight year. After
qualifying nine wrestlers at the Big 12 Championship March 6, Cyclone
184-pounder Jerome Ward was awarded an at-large bid to the national
tournament. The addition of Ward completes the ISU lineup for the trip
    to Omaha.

Good news on Ward-It's gonna take everybody wrestling great and some big breaks, but crazy things can happen at the nationals and we've got a shot. Go Clones.
