BYU Hoops: It appears Mika will be OK after eye-injury scare : CougarBlue.com
Are these places expecting to be taken seriously?
Now that we know he's ok we can joke. My favorite line:
"Not that the disqualification eased any pain for Mika, who had a rough second half. A team attendant, striding toward him after the eye-gouge, slipped on sweat and actually kicked him in the side of the head."
So much for the BYU fans who said Kane should go to jail for the eye rake and Hoiberg should be suspended for allowing it.
Yellow journalism, Haven't heard that term in a while. This would be like the major news station running with a WideRight story.
That wasn't even on the eye-gouge... That was when he was hit in the leg by Austin.
It's unclear if that team attendant will be further disciplined.
In Russia, eye gouges you!
That is good to hear. The eye gouge looked bad but was NOT intentional. Kane was expecting the ball to be up higher and was going to give the foul. think about the speed of the play, bang band effort was there, execution was not intended.
maybe their jimlad isnt working?
Did not "look" good. Glad he's ok. Seriously don't think it was intentional.
Time to move on
If he dies, he dies.
I defeat all man!!
Mika had the best look at it.
He is not human, he is a piece of iron.
Where is all of this "team, Big XII or NCAA suspension ideas coming from? Am I wrong for having no fear there will be any suspensions?
Deluded BYU fans.
There aren't going to be any suspensions. The only ones saying there will be are butt hurt BYU and Iowa fans
any chance he uses bob loblaw's law blog to see if he has a civil suit against kane?
If that happens, lets just hope it doesn't go to mock trial with J Reinhold
