    Fanatics --

Got plans on Saturday, Aug. 21? If not, join me in Belmond, Iowa at the Casa Chameleon restaurant for their fifth annual Cyclone preseason kickoff party.

The doors open at 6 and I'll be there representing Cyclone Fanatic to celebrate the start of a new season. It should be a great time. I love meeting new Cyclone fans. Let me know if you can make it!

90 minute drive or so for me. It's a possibility.

    :biglaugh: You got it, Chris.

On a side note, whatever happened to a CycloneFanatic golf outing? I realize it's probably too late for this year, but I think you would get a lot of interest in it for next year.

Hell, put me down for two foursomes right now.

Yeah, not going to happen this summer. Too many irons in the fire. Very good chance of this going down next year though. Should be a lot of fun.

Yes, we need to do something nice for our brothers buried deep behind enemy lines.

About an hour straight up Hwy 69. Maybe a little more.

20 miles to Jewell, then 39 more miles to Belmond (according to road signs). Just go up US-69 (takes me about 90 minutes from Forest City to Ames, with 30 minutes from FC to Belmond).

You know, if you'd stop putting all your irons in a fire, maybe you could go out golfing...
