Google Killer?

    I just came across this new search engine called Hakia. It incorporates natural language search, and looks for concepts rather than words. I think it's pretty darn good.

    Check it out, and click the link for a search comparison between it and Google on the subject "tuberculosis". Interesting. You can then search for whatever you want and see a "split-screen" search between Hakia/Google (or other engines).

    Yeah, but that result was like 45th on the list in terms of relevancy. Above that were many results that were very good.

    Nevermind...I see what you're saying. That was the page it "recommended". You're right, that's not good. Maybe that's why it's still in Beta.

    Some day, somebody is going to make a fortune with a great natural language search engine. I don't think we're there yet.
