We were just told about this beer. Now with two recommendations, I think it's a "must try."
It's shaping up to be another ISU tailgate, brought to you by Grain Belt Premium.
I have 2 growlers from the local brewery, Flying Aces Pale Ale, thanks 3rd Base Brewery for $6 growler Thursdays!
Ice cold Busch Light for me.
BTW, last night while watching the Big 12/Braves game, I cracked open a 12 pack of that Blue Moon Harvest Pumpkin Ale. Not bad. Not bad at all.
I remember the Keg Shop having a giant shipment of that in either 2005 or 2006, drank it for like 3 weeks straight, and got really, really burned out on it.
That said, I'll still enjoy pumpkin brew from time to time.
Goose Island 312 for me.
Yuengling Lager. Mmmmmm.
It would be nice if some of those friendly Utes reading the board would bring along a couple cases of Polygamy Porter. That would make fine gift from the guests to their ISU hosts.
A friend sent me this link today about Pumpkin Ales

Rep to you. Solid on both accounts.
Looks like 3 Floyds Bob the Bruce for me, although I may run down to Goose Island and pick up a Growler.
It's delicious. If you're really into stouts, this is a must try as well:
