    wow those rankings make no sense whatsoever
    billy beane of oakland is not even in top 25 and he has built teams with not a lot of talent and made it to playoffs almost every year

    I'd have guessed Matt Millen would be dead last; surprise - he's third from last!!! Now, if they'd taken drafting prowess into account...

    Surprised that Issiah Thomas is as high (low) as he is. How many more franchises can he ruin before he's next to Matt Milen? Hell he ran a whole league (the CBA) bankrupt.

    How about Brian Coangelo of the Raptors (formerly the Suns) at 94 and the Raptors are in the division lead!
