I see a lot of threads of musicians I've never heard of, so I figured lets get one started with someone who's popular today.

I have a buddy going to a Tim McGraw concert in KC thats coming up. I love the guy.

What are your favorite Tim McGraw songs?

Cowboy in Me has to be up there. I think his Set This Circus Down album is one of the more underrated country ones out there.

If you make a list and don't include Don't Take the Girl, you should be permabanned.

I don't really listen to cw much but since we're talking about him I entered a contest 10 -15 years ago and won a letter jacket type coat that he autographed with a letter of authenticity from a country music station. I wonder if it's worth anything? Probably should check ebay I suppose.

haha, sadly thats one of the few I actually know. I not a fan of country, but I could sing most of the songs from my childhood due to my parents always playing it.

    In no particular order:

All I Want Is A Life
    Renegade
    Real Good Man
Just To Hear You Say That You Love Me (with Faith Hill)
Like We Never Loved At All (with Faith Hill)
    Everywhere
    Please Remember Me
...and just because it was the first single he ever had: Welcome To The Club

Tim McGraw - My Little Girl - Flicka (Official Music Video) - YouTube I really like this one. When I hear it or watch the video, all I can think of is my daughter. Everything in that song is true for me and "my little girl" She has had me wrapped around her finger since the day she was born and she does have a crooked little smile. That's my "dad sappy" moment.

It'd be pretty hard to put together a top list... at least in any particular order. And I'd forget some too I'm sure.

Fun fact... I was at a Tim McGraw concert the night Osama Bin Laden was killed.... the news of which explained all the chants of "U-S-A" after the concert...

    In no particular order...

(A Heart Don't Forget) Something Like That

All I want is a Life
    Felt Good on My Lips
All I want is a Life
I like it, I love it

Probably a step down... (also definitely in no order)

Would you like Fries with that?
    It's your Love
    Southern Voice
    Please Remember Me
    Don't take the girl
    Just to See you Smile
    Everywhere
    Red Rag Top
    Where the Green Grass Grows

Refried Dreams deserves a mention in all of this. I feel some of those songs are better than others, but in terms of personal enjoyment, there is some division from the quality of the song (after all... Red Rag Top, Please Remember Me, etc aren't a very happy songs, but decently done)
