I tried watching the hoks vs the hosers last night.

I think I threw up in my mouth

I fell asleep before the overtime

They should call it "101 Ways to Turn it Over"

This is the time of year when both the Big 10 Network and the SEC Network make you feel the same way.

I was wondering what happened to Titus. Always enjoyed his writing even if I didn't always agree with it. Pretty solid article and will need to start popping in on the ringer from time to time.

I kinda feel like that guy is what's bugging Andy on steriods and banging hot chicks.

This kind of sums up my anticipation vs the reality of watching a Big 10 game.

The Iowa-Indiana game was among the worst games I've watched in the last 5 years. I've never seen a team as undisciplined as Indiana. The good news for them was Iowa had no interest in playing defense. Of course that doesn't matter when Indiana prefers to shoot over a soft zone. Bad players, bad coaching, bad referees. It was awful.

I too watched the Iowa- Indiana game and it was brutal. 37 turnovers and 57 fouls. Tom Crean does less with more than anyone in the NCAA right now. I don't feel sorry for them but I'm guessing Indiana fans are suicidal about now.

Could you imagine CF if we were in their shoes?

I can agree with it, and it does seem that the B14 teams aren't very strong this year, and the numbers show that the conference isn't very strong, but I also think something like this has a chance to turn around and bite ISU fans in the arse if ISU gets bounced by a B14 team in the dance or something so I'm not understanding all of the energy for it.

We'll find out in the NCAA tournament if the Big Ten is down or up.

How did he write a whole article about the suckiness of big ten Basketball without mentioning Rutgers, Nebrasketball, and IoLA?

That's like writing about WWII and leaving out Hitler, Mussolini and Hirohito.

That's how bad it is. You don't even need to bring them in to the equation. That would be like kicking your dog while it's dying of dog cancer.

The Iowa Indiana game was like watching a car wreck. It was terrible, but I couldn't stop watching it. Players flying around out of control all over the place.

Maybe adding all those teams has diluted the product? Just a thought.

Did ESPN literally have nothing better to televise than that crap fest last night? Super Tuesday, really?

"...people all over the country are laughing at the Big Ten while those of us in the Midwest are desperate for someone — ANYONE — to finally win the damn thing and shut everyone up."

guess which school is in the midwest and probably has a shot?

I was thinking the same thing. Maryland is doing its part, but Rutgers, and Nebraska do nothing for that conference. They have few key or good matchups in the conference now. Just look and Iowa's schedule the last few years. Hard to get excited about it.
