    Reference Minny trying to hire CFH. They may arguably be on the same level, but their trajectories are opposite: ISU's having a positive slope and Minny having a negative slope.

    Why is when Iowa was beating ISU in football but losing in basketball....that basketball isn't important, but when its the opposite, its a huge deal?

    I can honestly say I wouldn't pick McCabe first in a pick up game at the Y...

    I root for the hawks too when not playing isu. But I would never say minnisota or illini is better thaN isu. Not sure what that has to do with hawk hate. More like no eye for basketball.

    Baylor is making them change their shots and blocking every lay up. Iowa can't get used to their length.

    Why would it? One bad game doesn't change a thing. Iowa will still be a darkhorse B1G championship contender, and Iowa State will be lucky to make the NIT.

    Correct, because Baylor has had 3 total offensive rebounds in the entire game. Hard to have a lot of missed tip-ins if you've had three ORBs the entire game.

    Also hard to count a ton of missed layups when you're shooting 60% from two.
