I'm almost positive I saw giant robotic body suits in the previews.

On a slightly different note, what do people think of the new 3D trend? Looks like it's here to stay for awhile. I'll be honest, I was kind of hoping it would just be a passing gimmick/fad.

I think it's worth checking this movie out to see if she hops into one of those things.

Hey, tman24 just admitted he waited in line for New Moon! :biglaugh: (I knew it all along)

The first time I saw a preview for this movie it was just smashed together shots and I thought someone finally broke down and made a Halo movie. I doubt I will watch this in theatres but I'll probably see it come Netflix

I have very little desire to see it. The trailers make it look like basically a 2 hour long video game. It just looks a little contrived.

I am a huge sucker for movies with big machines and explosions. No matter if it has any cinematic virtue of plot, pacing, or character development, I'm sure I will still watch it with a smile on my face as the theater surround sound rattles my bones.

I have heard that it looks just as good in 2D vs 3D.

In the end....it will still just be a gimmick I think....
