Guess pigs do fly, and chickens actually have lips...

"Guess pigs do fly, and chickens actually have lips, because the No. 1 kicker listed on the depth chart on the Falcons’ Web site is undrafted rookie Tony Yelk, and get this: He mostly punted at Iowa State between attempting a rare kick or three..."

See the whole article on Yelk below...Interesting....

The Howitzer strikes again. Hope his groin holds up. Kicking indoors also.

Mac always said Yelk was the best place kicker on the team in practice. His trouble was he couldn't do it during a game. I hope I'm wrong, but I think the Falcons are going to find that out too.

My thoughts exactly. If we ACTUALLY had a starting NFL kicker on our team we would be defending our back to back Big 12 North championships this year. Nonetheless, good luck to Tony.

Falcons must want a cold weather kicker when they play their latter games.
