Favre Will NOT have a good season this year

Last year the Vikings schedule was one of the easiest in the NFL, so he didn't get hit as much and since they killed a lot of teams had plenty of rest. But this season there schedule is greatly improved.

They play @Saints, @Jets, Cowboys, Packers and @Packers(this team will win the NFC North), @Patriots, Cardinals, @Redskins, @Eagles.

I know they beat the Packers and Cowboys last season but this year their will be a lot better defenses the whole season Favre will get hit more and have to play more.
good luck with the NFC bEast.

I'll agree that this season likely won't be as good as last season, but to say he will not have a good season is just dumb. It sounds like you are still sore about last year.

I'm excited for the tough schedule, the games should be a lot of fun to watch.

Edit: I'm assuming he is going to play this year.

I don't consider the Cardinals or Eagles as scary anymore. The Cardinals lost their QB and arguably one of the best receivers in football, and the Eagles lost one of the best quarterbacks. The Redskins were terrible last year. They get the Cowboys at home. Green Bay loses a huge homefield advantage by the game not being in the blistering cold. The Jets they get the bye week to prepare...

I think the OP is talking about their secondaries.

Favre will have a great year (compared to the average QB, aka a normal Favre year), as a Packer fan, I hate him, but he is one of the best ever. He will, and always has, put up big numbers.

Good comments. The OP wants to hand the division to the Packers, but fails to mention that their schedule isn't much different than the Vikings. The Vikings will still have the better defense which makes it more likely that they can pull out more wins in some of the tougher road games.

    Umm - okay...

(Since historically it's not the regular season that he's ****** things up, but the postseason)

Beat the Cowboys last year? They destroyed the Cowboys last year. In the playoffs even.

Actually I used to live in Texas, and I love Vikings fans who hated Favre 3 years ago but now love him and say he is the best ever. But the guy had his best season in his career last year and still wasn't the top QB in the league.
