    Big night for Sage

Sage is expected to play the majority of the game tonight. He claims to have had the best training camp of his career and a much better grasp of the offense after observing how Farve operated last season.

Good luck, Sage. More than anything, this is an audition for him if he gets cut. The rest of the league is watching.

Sounds like P Harvin is pulling a Dendy, gone for 2 weeks for grandmothers' funeral. Close to being put on inactive list.

Pretty sure that his battle with migraines is the major reason he's been absent.

I thought the Vikings were getting ****** that he was continuing to be absent because they have him on a strict regiment to help control the headaches, and if he isn't there it throws the entire regiment off schedule.

    Re: Big night for Sage

They had to send the letter to get the roster exemption. It allows them to keep one additional player on roster so they (Percy and the vikes) can decide what the best course of action is. They have the option to put him on injured reserve for the year if he doesn't report in five days but they are not obligated to.

Im excited to see how Marquis does tonight, he should get some time because of the absence of Harvin as well as Sidney Rice being injured.

Sage is having a pretty impressive night so far. I realize it's preseason but still...

Never argue with an idiot. They will bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

If Farve is not back Sage will be starting by half time of the 1st game from what we saw of TJ tonight.

Someone in the front office must have really pushed to draft TJ, because he has never looked like an NFL QB, especially a starter to me. Sage is not Farve even though Cyclone glasses, but in almost every game I have seen them play, Sage has been clearly better.

    Re: Big night for Sage

Marquis Hamilton would have had his first TD if that throw would have been thrown to the back of the endzone.....
