    What do people use for spyware protection? TIA

    SuperAntiSpyware here but have Malwareabytes on another computer. I think Malwareabytes does a perhaps slightly better job but it seems to slow my computer more during a scan and scan significantly slower.

    I use SpyBot, MalwareBytes, & Micrsoft's Free Defender Security tools that you can download in your Window's Updates.

    Between all of that I only get low risk cookies on my pc, but I do manual and automatic scans about once every other day or so.

    I don't use anything. Haven't for years. And *knocks on wood* haven't had any issues.

    Also...I use Avast Free for anti-virus...never have had a problem with this setup!

    Same setup here, except I use AVG Free for anti-virus. SpywareBlaster is great for preventing tracking cookies and other nasties from getting on your computer in the first place. My anti-virus scans come out a lot cleaner now.
