    Spent last two nights at UT open practices

    First night was basically standard drills in shorts - nothing standing out.

    Second night was full pads. Gilbert is looking spot on - definitely passing like it's on a string. Former qb Chiles - # 5 - now wr - pulled off a great 15 yard reverse pass - wicked play and he was spot on, too.

    D- Ends looked tough, lots of qb penetration, secondary looked tough, but linebacking corps somehow left me feeling like they weren't all world - I can see some dink and dunk action working on them and if a run breaks past the line it could go for 10.

    I am no fb wizard and it's obviously just practice, but UT is looking tough, but with weaknesses. I don't, however, think qb is one of those, unless their line sucks. It'll be interesting to see him on gameday - and they better get a run game 'cuz this is a pocket guy. If he can pick apart a 'D' with time, it's along day for opponents, but if he gets rattled or has a lot of scrambling, they have some issues..

    Here's to Wally and our D figuring out a way to get to him!! Go 'Clones!!
