Jon Miller, a local KXNO radio personality was stabbed to death this evening at the Iowa State fair. He was attacked by an angry mob of eastside residents and stabbed with a homemade shank. Steve Deace another KXNO radio personality survived a similar attack thanks to his thick lining of whale blubber.
Visitation for Jon will be held at Carver Hawkeye Arena which strangely enough will be his first visit there.
Steve is recovering from his attack at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines and had this to say...."Who do I have to kill around here to get me some McDonalds? This hospital food sucks.... oh and I would love to thank Kia of Des Moines for my brand new 2011 Kia Sorrento. It is an absolutely sweet looking ride and has replaced our family minivan. The kids love talking to grandma as we use our cellphone through the car speaker system. Thank God the batmobile was able to help me escape from my brutal attackers."
I might actually listen to KXNO for a day if they broadcast live from East Side night this Friday and took Steve and Jon in mullets and sent them down there holding their boom box playing this song. That would be interesting. Might even be enough to make me visit the fair too.

Just so you know, we have McDonald's in our fine health facility just for our patients...
On another note, great song and very funny reply 78.
Nice. I should edit McDonalds out and replace it with Burger King. As far as the song goes.... When you make fun of the State Fair and eastsiders... you are taking your life into your own hands and not in a good way.
