An Interview with Fred Hoiberg: Matters of the Heart

I was browsing YouTube and found this video about Fred's heart condition and surgery. I hadn't seen it before and found it interesting.

As someone who missed this the first 1,002 times, thanks for posting this. It's exciting to have him back as a part of ISU's famiily.

Re: An Interview with Fred Hoiberg: Matters of the Heart

I found this comment at the end interesting. The IPTV guy said this about Hoiberg: "While he no longer even plays pick up basketball, he still stays in great shape."

Does anyone know how he stays in shape? I'm guessing he goes on light runs. That would seem to be less risky than an intense game of pick up basketball. In any case, it's great to hear that Fred is feeling well and was even healthy enough a few years ago to go back to the NBA if he wanted to.
