    Partial Qualifiers

Seems like I heard or read somewhere that the Big XII will not accept partial qualifiers (pqs) and the Big 10 does accept pqs. I also seem to remember hearing Neb wanted to maintain accepting pqs but UT did not want to allow pqs in the BigXII. Am I recalling this correctly and if this is right does that mean Neb could again become more of a national power?

    Re: Partial Qualifiers

I think they can only take 1 a year. Probably won't make that big of a difference. I could really be wrong though, but I'm almost positive I've read that in the past.

    Re: Partial Qualifiers

With their new expected recruiting grounds, it oprobbaly will not matter much.
