I run one college football pool every fall and might be helping to run another starting this year. Both involve people emailing their picks in and manually entering it all into a spreadsheet. I'd like to automate the process as much as possible.

I was considering using Google Docs or Microsoft Office Live to just put the spreadsheet online so everyone could enter their own picks, but it would still require a fair amount of manual intervention to shut off access at the deadline for pick entries.

Today I discovered officefootballpool.com. Never heard of it before. Looks like a nice service although it does cost $3 per user. Anybody else administer or participate in a pool through this site?
