6'7 230lbs. Future TE or beef him up and turn him into George Selvie!

While on live TV, Ford used a vulgar term to describe a private part of the female anatomy, adding that he was “happily married” and “got more than enough to eat at home.”

Only 6 sacks? I'm guessing this dude is a project...6'7".. 230 lbs. If he's not explosive enough at the DE spot he'd probably make one heck of a tight end! Or not if he can't catch.

    Re: ISU lands DE

Not a great offer list but a very impressive list of schools that are interested in him. I see Bobby Elliott recruited him...I'd say I'm sold on that alone. Not to mention, how big do you want you're DE? 230 the summer before your senior yr of high is not that bad. He's got PLENTY of time to throw on another 30-40 lbs or so.

Doesn't need that much weight. Looks like a project that could pay off.

    Welcome!

    Re: ISU lands DE

6'7 230 is bigger than any DE on our roster right now.

I'm surprised nobody has said 'turn him into an OT' yet, but I expect it to come.

The kid is only 16 for crying out loud!

    Re: ISU lands DE

230 isn't to bad for high school.

Maggitt has gone from 189 to 242 already and Jake M. has gone from 238 to 270.

Also, I really doubt CPR and BE are offering "projects" during the summer time. This kid has talent and size. Good get. We may offer a few 'project' in February but not July or earlier. I consider any committ before the season even starts to be excellent.

Its a little harder for longer and taller guys to put on weight, we'll have to see how he is built though.
