He's very strong and athletic, but what surprised me is how well he handles the ball. Could easily play off guard when needed.

I don't see a whole lot of comparison between the 2, other then they are roughly the same size and are good athletes....their games are very different, IMO.

    Re: Ejim CCL MVP

I'm very excited to see Ejim play in Fred's new uptempo offense. I love how aggressive he is and that he rips down on the rim when he dunks. This guy is gonna get Hilton rockin' like Clark did for sure, but Ejim seems a little more versatile with his ball handling and outside shooting. On the other hand, I have a feeling Clark might be an overall better defender when it's all said and done - time will tell.

Yeah Ejim has a Kobe type body size, eventually I'd like to see him at shooting guard. CFH talks about mismatch basketball and we are really bringing in guys that can play multiple positions. CFH also mentioned McKnight as a TMAC type, as skinny as he is maybe he may play some at 3 spot.

Glad to see Ejim and Palo getting MVP honors, Congrats Guys! BTW I thought SC also had a great CCL.

    Re: Ejim CCL MVP

I really hope Palo gets some minutes this year. I'd love to see what he can do against legit opposition, and I've got to think that Fred evaluated his team from scratch and didn't just look at the depth chart from the previous coaching staff. Who knows... maybe Palo is (like they say in baseball) a AAAA player who dominates the minor leagues at all levels, but can't quite settle in when he gets to the bigs. On the flipside, maybe's he's a hidden gem who can really offer our team some stability and depth at the point.
