    Bulls may be officially Screwed

Chris Broussard is reporting that Bosh is to sign with Wade in Miami. here's the link...
NBA Free Agents: Source: Chris Bosh to join Dwyane Wade with Miami Heat - ESPN

These two allign in Miami not Chicago means that the Bulls are going to have to hope and pray that LeBron decides to come to Chicago. Now with those two in Miami he could complete the dream team, teaming up with Bosh and Wade. He could also join the New York Knicks and Amar'e Stoudamire. Plus, he could re-join the Cavs where everyone is saying he has to stay to save his brand or something like that. I personally believe that it is for the better of the league that he stays with Cleveland but he is looking like our last chance.

If he were to come to Chicago we would come out of free agency as the second or third best team. But if he stayed in Cleveland, or went to NYK or Miami, we would have to settle for a combination of over-paid Carlos Boozer, Mike Miller, David Lee, or Ray Allen. Although we would still make the play-offs we could be third though seventh best for the next season depending on who we sign. Sure we would move up a little in the following years as Boston and possibly Atlanta fall off but the four players I mentioned above are not going to bring much excitement to the team.

They should save their money for a run at Carmelo....

Try to find a reasonably priced low post scorer and then go from there.

Carmelo apparently has his mind set on New York. Plus, that was one of NYK's pitches to LeBron that they could add Melo the following season to go along with Amar'e and him.

Carmelo and Dwight? IMO, that's better than Wade and Bosh.

I wish there was more loyalty in the league.

I cheer for the Celtics because they have KG, and he is my favorite player, but I would have much rather seen KG win a title in Minnesota.

They deserve to be F'ed. You give away the second best basketball player on your team and a 1st round pick , just to have a chance at a big name player.

Then so called basketball experts actually praised that move and their draft. Well how is that working out now?

I'd call it a wash, Wade is better than Carmelo, but Dwight is better than Bosh.

Is Dwight even a free agent next year. I don't see him leaving Orlando. That would be a pretty sweet deal though for Melo and Superman.

The draft was extremely thin and they would have been stuck over paying a 9th or 10th man on the roster. To say that Hinrich was the second best player is laughable at best.

Did you just call Hinrich the second best players on the Bulls last year?

If you say Noah is..... then the NBA analysts have won.

Obviously, Kirk is not the 2nd most talented on the team , but the bulls will miss him a lot. They need someone to play defense on the team. Kirk guarded people from Lebron and d wade to chris paul.

So I think its laughable that you think my statement was laughable.

I agree. I didn't understand that either. Hinrich is not their best player and the bulls can part with a few first round picks the next few years if they are good.

Hinrich was an overpaid, undersized two guard, it was good that they moved that contract. It's not like the broke up a title contender just to try to get LeBron, they broke up a 40-45 win team that hasn't been able to get out of the first round. As long as they don't panic and throw any ridiculous contracts at anyone they will be fine. Go after Boozer or Lee, who both could play well with Noah. Keep trying to shop Deng, find a quality shooter, Anthony Morrow or Korver, and keep cap room open for a run at another big time FA next summer. That's not a bad outcome.

And its looking the Bulls can get Ray Allen for less than what they were paying Hinrich. Thats a huge upgrade.
