Are boaters advised to avoid ditches and/or low lying fields?

Yes, because there should shortly be plenty of streets to boat on...

Hmmmmm, bet I have no problems at Ada Hayden or Big Creek and plan a delightful day on the water at each venue. Now if the fish are biting, all the better.

Just not my weekend people. I rained all day the 4th and Big Creek is now full of E Coli.
