    I like it too. The media isnt even close to as bad as it was last year with him. I just think everyone knows hes going to play this year.

    8 miles on a bike isn't much. I do a 3 mile run followed by a 7-8 mile bike 3-4 times a week. I top that off with a bit of light weight lifting. Never really worked out till I hit my late 20's, and just ramped it up to this at 30, so I'd think just doing 8 miles while being in shape your whole life wouldn't really be that tough.
