Srew it, bring on the Germans. we would have had them in 2002 if it weren't for a blown hand ball in the box!

Australia isn't mathematically out, so I'll root for them....but most likely it'll be Serbia.

Re: who does the U.S. want to play next?

Yeah, we don't want to face Germany. Root for a German victory over Ghana, the Serbia - Australia match hold little value. If Germany and Serbia win, hope that Serbia does not score 4 more goals than Germany does, else doomsday may ensue.

Yeah but it's very unlikely, Ghana needs to win and Australia needs to win and we get the Socceroos. This is the perfect situation for us, but it's so against the odds because Serbia matches up well against Australia, but Australia is too small in back to deal with the height Serbia brings to the table.

Canada. Not sure if they play soccer but I want to play them. We owe them for Hockey. F Canada.

Re: who does the U.S. want to play next?

Preferably Ghana to get a little revenge, but really any of the other two teams (excluding Germany) are definitely winnable games. If they can avoid Germany and win, the next round sets up nicely with taking on the winner of Uruguay and South Korea.

Great result this afternoon getting Ghana. Only thing that worries me is the whole continent of Africa will be cheering for them, so a very hostile environment on saturday for the USA

The whole world routes against the US in every sporting event so I am sure they will be used to it.
