    Stinson

Just caught the Stinson interview over on Cyclones.com and came away very impressed. He seems like he has really matured and I hope he gets his shot. Do we have an open door policy for the former guys to come back and work out with the younger guys? If so, I think that's great. It can only help them improve and build future loyalty, camaraderie and pride. Can't help but to be excited about the direction of the program.

He needs to get a shot playing in the NBA. He tore apart the D-League.

Tell that Rondo. Example that's a little closer to home? Tinsley.

Stink deserves a shot, even if it's just a 10 day contract.

    Re: Stinson

I thought while watching him play last year that his shot had really improved. He also seemed to have changed his game to try to get those shots. You could tell that he was just a little better than most of the players around him. I also noticed the time that he spent with all the little kids after the game, seemed to be really genuine when interacting with them.

As far as I can remember, there was always a 2 women at the game with kids, Im assuming one of them were his wife or g/f . They would always be near him after the game. I am assuming that they were his kids.

Thanks for the info. I wasn't being sarcastic, just hadn't heard lately. He had a kid with a girl from Ankeny (some what high profile).

Stinson, if he plays in the D league again this year will be suspended I'm sure after his tantrum and rage at the last Energy game. I think Curtis might have ruined his chance with that and he was really improving and I think was close to getting a shot.

Yes, I have a hard time believing Stinson has "matured" after watching that...

Yes, sister of a former WBB Player, I believe.

I also think his kid is why he is playing in the D-League and not overseas.

I'm a Hawk fan and was an intern for the Energy this season. Ill be honest I hate Stinson but he took over in the playoffs and I thought he was finally getting how to be a team player and then he just goes and blows a gasket. It sucks cause I really think he was close to making it and I never thought i would EVER say that watching him even at the start of the season.

    Re: Stinson

I think Stinson can help out a team a lot by coming off the bench at least... I mean if Adam Morrison is still on an NBA team I think Stinson deserves a chance.
