I'm not sure who makes me more angry here, John Daly or the attorney representing him. John has fallen a long, long way....very sad. I hope to never see him playing golf on TV again and I'll never buy a product he endorses.
All of those things they claim could also be explained by his incredily bad drinking habits, poor nutrition and overall laziness. What a piece of ****.
This coming from a former Daly apologist.
I will never forget a quote from his book that came from Tiger. Tiger walked through the clubhouse after a round in his workout clothes. John said, "Hey Tiger, why don't you just relax and have a beer with us." Tiger said "John, if I had your talent, I wouldn't have to go work out." It is so true. No golfer has ever done more with pure natural ability. He didn't work hard to get where he is at like most of the players out there. I suppose I resent him a little because I didn't have the natural talent and had to practice 4-5 hours a day all summer to get to where I got golfing, which wasn't very far.
